The Miyipi App. ("Miyipi"/"we"/"us") provides this Privacy Policy ("Policy") to inform you, the user, ("you") of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information ("Personal Information") and the data. The Policy applies to you and all users who browse the www.miyipi.com web site (the “Site”) or download and install the Miyipi app (the "App") from application stores, whether through a mobile device, mobile application or computer to access and use the Miyipi services made available through the Site and the App (collectively, the “Service”). The Miyipi App respect your privacy and your rights to control your personal data. Your personal data is important for us and we’re committed to protect it using the highest standards and the greatest care.

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DATA COLLECTION:
We collect information you voluntarily provide to us, such as your name, location, e-mail address, gender, birthday, occupation, and travel details such as hotel name, accommodation type, place, time and dates. We use services such as Facebook and Twitter and Google only to collect the information mentioned above to facilitate the sign-up process.
We also request to access the camera and your photos in order for you to choose or take a profile photo to be used in your Miyipi Profile.
In the service, we may track and control the information how you interact with Miyipi, and how you interact with other users that use the same Service. We may only collect Personal Information from time to time through other communications with you, only with your permission. As you use the Service, certain anonymous information may be passively collected (that is, gathered without you explicitly providing the information), including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, browser type, the address of a referring site and your Site or App activity, and your location.
2. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use your personal information to provide you an enhanced travel experience by providing you benefits at the visited cities and to connect you with the other users who are traveling to the same city on the same dates. We use the information only to provide you the products and services aimed in the App.
3. HOW WE MAY SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will not sell your personal Information to third parties and we will not share your private information without your permission, except for the following. We may only transfer your Personal Information without your permission to the extent required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (i) comply with applicable laws or with legal process served on us; (ii) protect or defend our rights or property; (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety, property, or privacy of our employees, users, or members of the public. Miyipi may be sold, might sell or buy businesses or assets of businesses, or Miyipi might merge with another business. In case of such transactions, user information is one of the transferred business assets. In the event that Miyipi is transferred as part of such a transaction, your information may well be one of the transferred assets. Where and as required by law, Miyipi will make reasonable effort to provide notice on any change in ownership or control of your Personal Information and to notify you via email to the most recent email address that you have provided to us.
In addition, we may send your Personal Information to other companies or people under any of the following circumstances: when we have your consent to share the information; or we need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested; or we need to send the information to companies who work on our behalf to provide a product or service to you (we will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose). We will only contact you regarding new products, services, or promotions should you request such communications from us, and you may opt out of such communications at any point by using the unsubscribe function in the message we send you.

Miyipi is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. However, while we take all reasonable precautions to guard the personal information we collect, no security system is impenetrable.
While no Service is completely secure, we take precautionary measures to help prevent information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. We also ensure that our third-party data center vendors provide adequate security measures.
Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your jurisdiction, where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.
You can only access your Miyipi account information and our service through the use of an individual user login and password. To protect the confidentiality of personal information, you must keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any other person. Please notify us immediately if you believe your password has been misused. Please note, we will never ask you to disclose your password in an unsolicited phone call or email.
5. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Your Rights
We want you to be in control of how your personal information is used by us. Subject to local law, you can do this in the following ways:
- you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- you can inform us of any changes to your personal information, or if you want us to correct any of the personal information we hold about you;

If you wish to access, edit or remove profile information, change your password, you can do so by yourself by logging in to your Miyipi account. If you cannot access certain personal information collected by Miyipi, via the App, you can always contact us by sending an email to info@miyipi.com We will respond to any request within 30 days. If you want to close your account or request deletion of your personal data permanently, please contact us.
6. OUR USE OF COOKIES AND OTHER SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
We use Google Analytics, and your Internet browser may, for instance, using small files called "cookies" automatically transmit anonymous information to us, such as the date and time you access the Service.
We use such information to better understand how you interact with our services, while monitoring traffic to our services, with the aim of improving our services. This information is not treated as personal information unless we combine it with or link it to any of the personally identifiable information mentioned above.
